Outer skin
Slit strip, sheets and special tailored blanks for the outer body panels of passenger cars and commercial vehicles.
One of Stahlo's specialties are molded blanks (contours) with a particularly high quality, which are used for further processing as car body outer skin. Thanks to state-of-the-art technologies, the molded blanks with their sensitive surfaces remain "without defect features" during processing, handling through to transport and are thus supplied by Stahlo directly to OEM and Tier1 production.
The components are then final formed and usually run directly into the painting process. In this process, the surface must always be perfect.
Stahlo guarantees the required quality by using the most modern machines and the special know-how of the employees during the "stripping" process. All customer requirements are documented on the sheet metal identification cards and reliably met by certified processes.
